Terms & Conditions

These terms are between you and Matthew Robinson trading as 2 T's Garage, contactable at Suite 750, 80a Ruskin Avenue, London, DA16 3QQ or hello@mattwith2ts.co.uk. By creating an account you accept them.

A free account covers one motorcycle with its basic details, mileage and MOT and service reminders. Garage Pro adds unlimited motorcycles, the maintenance and cost history, invoice and receipt storage, the digital bike record and sharing, notes and your own repeating reminders.

Garage Pro costs £2.99 per month including VAT where applicable, taken by Stripe on the same date each month until you cancel. There is no free trial. You can cancel yourself at any time from Manage subscription in your profile.

Cancelling stops future payments. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for, then the account returns to free. We do not refund part-months unless the law requires it.

Nothing is deleted when Pro ends. Extra motorcycles, history and uploaded documents stay on your account in read-restricted form and become fully available again if you resubscribe. You can ask us for a copy or for deletion at any time.

Upload only material relating to your own motorcycles that you have the right to store: photos, invoices, receipts and service documents. Do not upload unlawful, offensive or malicious content, other people’s personal information without their agreement, or anything that breaches someone else’s rights. We may remove content that breaks these terms and suspend accounts that repeatedly do so.

Reminders and countdowns are a helper, not a legal record. You remain responsible for checking that your MOT is valid, that servicing is carried out when your manufacturer requires, and that the details and figures you enter are correct. Always confirm MOT status with the official government service.

Some links to retailers are affiliate links, which may earn us a small commission at no extra cost to you. We are not the seller and are not responsible for their products, prices, delivery or returns.

We aim to keep 2 T’s Garage available but it is provided as-is and may be unavailable for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control. Features may change or be withdrawn; if we make a significant change to Pro we will tell you in advance.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, missed MOT or service dates, fines, or loss of data you have not kept your own copy of, and our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
