• Account details: your email address and sign-in credentials (passwords are stored only as a secure hash).
• Rider profile: the name, location and licence note you choose to add.
• Motorcycle information: make, model, year, colour, VIN, registration number and mileage.
• Dates and records: MOT expiry, service dates and intervals, MOT history, reminders you create.
• Maintenance records: work carried out, parts, dates, mileage and costs.
• Files you upload: photos, invoices, receipts and other documents attached to a bike or job.
• Payment information: your subscription status and billing history held by Stripe.
• Technical information: sign-in session data and, only with your consent, usage measurement.

To give you the account and garage you asked for (contract), to take payment for Garage Pro (contract), to keep the service secure and working (legitimate interests), and to measure usage where you have agreed (consent).

Sign-in is handled by our hosting and authentication provider on our behalf. Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe. Stripe handles your card entry and holds your card details — 2 T’s Garage never sees or stores full card numbers. We only receive your subscription status, renewal or cancellation dates and the last few card digits where Stripe shows them.

Essential cookies keep you signed in and let payments complete safely. Non-essential usage measurement is never loaded until you accept it, and you can change your mind at any time from the cookie settings link in the footer or in your profile. See the Cookie Policy for detail.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the providers who run the service for us (hosting, database and authentication, and Stripe for payments), or where the law requires it. Affiliate links to retailers take you to their own site, where their privacy notice applies.

Your garage stays with your account for as long as you keep it. Delete a bike, a record or an uploaded file and it is removed from your garage. Ask us to close your account and we will delete your garage data within 30 days, apart from payment records Stripe and we must keep for six years for tax and accounting.

Under UK data-protection law you can ask for a copy of your information, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, withdraw consent, and ask for your data in a portable form. Email hello@mattwith2ts.co.uk and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
